About
Witnessing Life, a transformative figure drawing experience that moves beyond the traditional. Our muse, Shreen, will be posing and transmitting the themes of fertility, abundance, and the cycles of life in her radiant third trimester pregnancy. Through dialogue and dynamic posing, she will become a living expression of nature’s blooming, inviting us to witness the beauty of creation in motion.
The evening will be guided by Embodiment Artist Nat, whose mission is to uplift and honor the feminine through space holding and collective liberation. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation followed by a sensory tea and floral experience, heightening awareness and attuning participants to the present moment.
This workshop invites you to release control and perfectionism, stepping into a deeper state of presence through the art of figure drawing. Together, we will explore the fluidity of form, the energies of death and rebirth, and the profound transformation of life. Whether you're an artist looking to deepen your practice or someone seeking to navigate life’s changes through art, this session offers a unique opportunity to capture the essence of life in its unfolding.
A Note from the Teahouse: With each workshop, we’re fusing the work of local artists and teachers together with our space and community. These evenings imprint new relationships, weave new worlds, and spark new beginnings. Due to the intimate nature of our space and these workshop containers, we ask that all who sign up are willing to participate in the activities of the night. For more free-flow experiences, we would love to have you for daylight or late night tea. Thank you for your support.
