Join us at the annex for a seasonal ice cream workshop where we delve into the art of flavor crafting. Lavender and Truffles partners with local farmers to bring you a unique experience that celebrates the rich flavors rooted in culture and tradition.

We will be exploring the following summer menu:

  • Sumac Roasted Strawberry featuring “Camarosa” strawberries from Smith Farm
  • Fresh fennel pollen featuring wild fennel from Jimenez Farm
  • Peach Rhubarb featuring “Summer Flame” peaches and nectarines from Terry Ranch Farm
  • *A special surprise tea infused ice cream inspired by Tea at Shiloh

Guests will taste and play with the ingredients sourced from local farms, ending the evening by plating and enjoying their creation.
