About
Join us as we transform the annex into a tearoom along the Silk Road honoring sounds from Southwest Asia and Persian culture.
We will enchant our guests with a variety of beautifully crafted Persian delights by Fooris featuring traditional flavors: Saffron, Rose, Cardamom and accompanied by complementary teas.
Live traditional and modern interpretations of music honoring Persian, Armenian, Turkish and Arabic cultures will flow throughout the evening led by musicians Miles Jay and TJ Troy.
Ida Shokoh, a Persian artist, illustrator, and animator will be showcasing two large pieces created to reflect how the teahouse builds an incredibly strong sense of community, that flourish in different dynamics. (Items are for sale)
We look forward to a night filled with tea, music, and the warmth of community, as we celebrate the beautiful tapestry of Persian culture.
Doors open at 7pm. Feel free to arrive any time between 7pm-8pm to enjoy tea & Persian delicacies. Live music will begin at 8pm and flow throughout the evening. Guests can lounge in the space until 10pm.
A Note from the Teahouse: With each workshop, we’re fusing the work of local artists and teachers together with our space and community. These evenings imprint new relationships, weave new worlds, and spark new beginnings. Thank you for your support.
