About
This workshop invites participants into the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine food therapy through the lens of Spring — the season of:
༄renewal
༄ growth
༄ movement
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is governed by the Wood element, the Liver and Gallbladder, and the emotion of Anger
Together, we will explore how anger is not something to suppress, but energy that longs to move. When harmonized, anger transforms into vision, direction, and creative power. Through seasonal foods, ritual, movement, and reflection, we’ll learn how to support Liver Qi, release stagnation, and cultivate clarity for the season at hand
Doors close promptly at 7:30pm
Upcoming Gatherings
Wednesday, June 10th from 7-10 pm pst
