About
What happens when you see yourself beyond the mirror? Through sensing, breathing, moving, and expressing—the language of the body—we listen to its quiet wisdom and follow its impulses, allowing a deeper truth to emerge. In that witnessing, something essential within us is remembered and affirmed.
This workshop will take you on an exploration of the body as a portal to deeper self-reflection, connection, and creative expression. Through guided somatic practices, movement exploration, and expressive arts, you’ll be gently guided to listen inwardly and give shape to the invisible within—emotions, sensations, memories, longings, and emerging insights waiting to be seen.
We’ll approach self-portraiture not as a fixed image, but as a living, evolving process—a way of seeing and being with yourself as you are in this moment; creating space for inner wisdom to speak.
This is an invitation to slow down from the relentless pace of doing and return to the support of your body—its sensuality, rhythms, and truth. Through embodied movement, intuitive art-making, and communal support, we’ll open pathways for personal storytelling, healing, and feeling deliciously alive.
No artistic experience is needed—only curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself with wonder.
This workshop will be facilitated by Ana Liz Ceregatti, RSMT/E, a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Educator, Tamalpa Life/Art Process® practitioner (Movement-Based Expressive Arts Therapy), Mindfulness Teacher, and artist, supporting people to build a more loving and resource-oriented relationship with their bodies, heal, and lead authentic, creative, and soulful lives.
