About
This workshop series combines somatic knowledge and hard science through education, healthy small bites, and breath work practice. You will get to the crux of why breathing well, eating well, and moving regularly make us feel well and introduce skills that you can implement in your daily life to support this goal.
What we will do: discuss the science of breath, food, and movement through a short lecture, have a practical discussion on ways to improve habits, engage in a facilitated meditation and breath work practice, and share small bites made of organic, anti-inflammatory ingredients.
This offering is for anyone looking to reduce the toll of stress, sleep better, and overall maintain balance in their body. Small bites may include nuts ~ please note any allergies in your registration.
As an integrative medicine practitioner, Shiv combines his knowledge of Western medicine, Eastern medicine (TCM), and dance-movement therapy to bring you this workshop.
Guided by Shiv Nadkarni, MD.
