Activating the Voice: Somatic // Vocal Explorations

When the voice trembles, it signals that truth is rising. On this evening, we gather to listen for our own wild sound. With gentle curiosity, we’ll explore the ancestral, cultural, and personal imprints that have shaped our voices. 

Through somatic vocal practices, we’ll open space to soften the edges of self-censorship and step more fully into being heard. Integrated throughout the night will be group singing, weaving individual voices into a collective field of resonance. 

We invite you to bring any drums or percussive instruments that you feel called to share. Unlimited herbal tea included.
