About
We come together to honor the threshold moments.. first blood, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, the expansive quiet of post-menopause. We come to say: your body's changes are knowledge. They are powerful. They are a lineage of knowing.
Here, we practice witnessing ~ not as observers, but as keepers. We hold space for what is tender and what is fierce. For the joy our lineages protected and the wisdom we're learning to speak aloud.
This experience is for anyone navigating the menarche-to-post-menopausal spectrum who wants to be held in community, to remember that our bodies are landscapes of remembering, where ancestors whisper and futures unfold, where we reclaim what was always ours.
