Men's Group

Whether you are a first-timer or a familiar-face, come join us on Monday, January 27th for the first men’s group of 2025! Open to all male-identifying bodies, this monthly gathering will be more than just a place to share, it will serve as a safe space to develop connections which foster personal growth, mutual support, and service to the community at large.

    - Warm, comfortable clothes
    - Your heart and curiosity

The space will be facilitated by Brett Fleisher, who has been involved in men’s work since 2014. Brett believes in curating spaces where vulnerability, honesty, transparency and support are foundational. He is the owner of The Yummy Heart, which offers structural integration bodywork, nervous system regulation and communal tea/tisane ceremonies. Brett also co-founded Rooted Futures, a non-profit organization, which provides group mentorship and wilderness adventures to male teenagers.
