Men's Group for Collective Growth

We believe in the power of men gathering together to share their hearts and stories. It can be quite simple. To sit in circle. To sip tea. To be heard and seen and felt. To leave the circle in a shifted state and return to our own worlds with deeper resources and resiliency. 

Open to all male-identifying people, this monthly gathering will be more than just a place to share, it will serve as a safe space to develop connections which foster personal growth, mutual support, and service to the community at large.

When: Doors open at 7pm, circle begins promptly at 7:15, please come before then
Who: Anyone male-identifying ages 18+
What To Bring:
    - A journal / notebook
    - Warm, comfortable clothes
    - Your heart and curiosity

The space will be facilitated by Brett Fleisher, who has been involved in men’s work since 2014. Brett believes in curating spaces where vulnerability, honesty, transparency and support are foundational. He is the owner of The Yummy Heart, which offers structural integration bodywork, nervous system regulation and communal tea/tisane ceremonies. Brett also co-founded Rooted Futures, a non-profit organization, which provides group mentorship and wilderness adventures to male teenagers.
