About

Join multidisciplinary healer and herbalist, Allie Brown, on a cosmic sound, herbal medicine crafting, and tea journey. Through hands-on medicine making and guided reflection, we’ll explore the yang energetics of summer and how herbs can support the seasonal transition into this expansive time of year. Monday is ruled by the yin energy of the moon–it governs cycles, intuition, and emotions. In a sacred dance between sun and moon, we find balance between doing and being—outer radiance and inner wisdom.

Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll discuss the properties and energetics of herbs such as hibiscus, calendula, rose, and lemon balm—plants known for their ability to cool, open, and soothe the heart and spirit. Together, we will blend a variety of herbs into a multipurpose Herbal Infused Massage Oil and Herbal Tea Infusion, while learning how to assess which herbs may be most supportive for ourselves and our communities.

After the medicine making portion, we’ll venture on a deeply relaxing cosmic soundbath and meditation journey to help ground and integrate the experience.
