Enter the temple of your heart with cacao’s embrace and the medicine of sound —  a sacred pause to lean into stillness, listen deeply, recalibrate your entire being, and return to your sacred rhythm.


We will begin with a cleansing ritual to clear your energetic field, followed by a warm cup of ceremonial cacao — an elixir that gently guides you inward. From this tender space, you’ll be immersed in integral sound healing presence to realign and harmonize you to the rhythm of your heart.


As you emerge from the sound journey, you’ll be invited to write the whispers of your heart — anchoring the insights, visions, and sensations received ::bring your journal::


We will close in a sharing circle, rooted in connection and resonance. This is a safe space for you to arrive just as you are. Whether in silence or in expression, all ways of being are welcome.
