About
Rituals can be simple yet profound—lighting a candle, holding a stone, pausing to breathe. When we bring intention to these small acts, they become anchors in our day, offering moments of stillness, presence, and connection. The objects we use in ritual carry meaning, especially when shaped by our own hands. In this hands-on clay workshop, we’ll create personal ritual object designed to support grounding and presence.
Through traditional handbuilding techniques like pinching and coiling you’ll form a piece that reflects your inner landscape—a vessel, talisman, altar piece, or any form that holds meaning for you. Clay invites slowness. Its responsiveness calls us into relationship—with the earth, with our bodies, and with the present moment. As we shape our objects, we also shape space for grounding practices that can continue long after the clay has hardened.
No ceramics experience needed.
All materials provided. Your finished piece will be glazed and kiln-fired for later pickup.
