About
Step into the Garden of Earthly Delights, an interactive multi-sensory sanctuary experience created to reflect the moment of tranquility and connection we experience when in connection with nature.
Bringing the beauty and serenity of an earthly eden into the annex, this exhibit takes guests on a whimsical biophilic journey through the garden, activating each of the senses along the way and allowing the space for existence on Earth to be a curious, playful, and tactile experience. In this experience we invite you to awaken all of your senses and engage with nature through our 7 interactive Earth stations: Ceremony, Vision, Sound, Tactile, Olfactory, Taste, and Mind.
Each Earth station is an immersive and hands-on installation to facilitate deep connection, wonder, and appreciation for Earth. The ceremony station will act as a portal to bring guests into the Garden, at which point guests will be welcome to explore, interact, eat, and play with the remaining 6 Earth stations at their own pace. Garden of Earthly Delights unifies nature, food, space, art, and community with a grazable landscape, meditative projections, lush live nature soundscapes, herb and flower harvesting, garden creation station, a scent bar, connective conversation, sensorial games, tactile sculptures, and more.
The whole world is a garden, come and see. Bring your sense of wonder, love of nature, and a curious spirit.

Garden of Earthly Delights is a collaborative creation from Sasha Emoniee and PADMA.
SASHA EMONIEE is an artist, herbalist, and Earth tender from California who creates nature centered experiences that encourage people to interact with the Earth through all of the senses. Sasha uses earth materials grown in her Los Angeles garden, wild foraged, and handcrafted to build interactive ecosystems. Sasha’s offerings center the value of being in reciprocity with the land wherever you are.
PADMA, founded by Kyna Payawal, creates intentional dining experiences that awaken a mutual kinship with all Earth. Kyna uses food as experiential art to weave narratives of mindfulness, sustainable living, and regenerative ag food futures.
Her offerings are inspired from being a student and teacher of Buddhist meditation, joyfully growing food, and leading design at Commons, a climate startup that helps people to live more sustainably.
NICOLAS SNYDER is a composer and sound artist. Synthesizing currents of organic texture, field recordings, digital manipulations and found sound with cinematic instincts and narrative sweep, Snyder’s compositions are intricate studies that swirl with unpredictability and timbral invention. He recently composed the hypnotic orchestral music for animated sci-fi Scavengers Reign.
A Note from the Teahouse: With each event, we’re fusing the work of local artists and teachers together with our space and community. These evenings imprint new relationships, weave new worlds, and spark new beginnings. Thank you for your support.
