Drawing from Life: a Dramatic Approach to Figure Drawing with Trevor Shin

Join us for an evening of uninstructed life drawing featuring premier Los Angeles life model Shadia Elise and host Trevor Shin. Focusing on the nude form there will be dramatic angles and theatrical props. An evening of tea, drawing, and conversation. We will explore life drawing through a range of pose lengths up to 20 minutes.

From beginners to professionals. All skill levels are welcome. Bring your own supplies. Plenty of comfy seats and some unique vantage points, including a worms and birds eye view of the model. 

Recommended supplies include a pen/pencil, paper of any size, and a flat surface to draw on. Trevor Shin will be available to help guide you if you're feeling lost, unsure, or scared if this is your first foray to life drawing.
