About

Join us on a guided journey inward, where we’ll excavate and soften into this inner portal, exploring the delicate threshold between inner and outer worlds. A space to rest, reconnect, and listen deeply.

Each one of us is made up of layers: the physical body, the energy body, the mental body, the wisdom body, and the bliss body, but beneath the movement of our mind and the sensations in our body lives something quieter—an inner landscape of wisdom, intuition, and deep stillness.

Breathwork and Yoga Nidra offer a gentle path inward. With the rhythm of the breath as our guide and our attention focused on the body, we can move through these layers one by one, softening the edges of the thinking mind and allowing the body to settle into stillness.

As the nervous system slowly unwinds, we can enter the liminal space between sleep and wake. An in-between space where insight, imagination, and subtle awareness can arise. It’s here that we reconnect with the infinite wisdom and quiet bliss that lives at our core.

Artist Biography:

Zoe Weber is a breathwork facilitator and somatic guide who holds space for rest, reflection, and return. Her offerings are rooted in the belief that we don’t need to push harder to feel better. Instead, we can slow down, breathe deeply, and listen closely to what the body already knows. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she invites students into a quieter, deeper relationship with themselves.

Her work is informed by years of personal practice, study, and a deep reverence for the cycles of nature and the intelligence of the nervous system. Zoe’s spaces feel like a soft exhale: grounded, non-performative, and transformative. Whether guiding a group or working one-on-one, she meets people with tenderness and reminds them—often in the simplest ways—that they’re already whole and that their bodies contain infinite wisdom.
