About

We invite you to a participatory workshop that reclaims ”cringe" as a site of creative liberation. Through guided journaling prompts, group discussion, and somatic practices, we'll help participants identify where fear of being ”cringe" lives in their bodies and creative processes—then dismantle it together.

We are creating space to examine how cringe culture functions as a capitalist tool that polices authenticity, flattens expression, and keeps us small. By naming and unpacking these forces collectively, participants leave with tangible practices for making bolder, more honest work and building genuine community beyond the performance of ”cool".
