Creative Play Circle

Creativity is endless within us and inspiration is endless around us. Many of us have narratives around our creative ability, perceiving it as somehow blocked or limited. We might feel that we are simply not a creative person, or that when we do make something, we find it doesn’t reflect who we really are. If we learn to sit closer to the creative spirit inside us, we feel how abundant and capable we truly are, and our creations reflect our authenticity and depth.

This workshop, guided by artist Kiavi, will guide participants to more fully access their creativity. Participants will engage in creative expression activities, reflect on their beliefs surrounding creativity, and sit in a meditation designed to bring them closer to their creative energy. The goal is for participants to leave feeling renewed, inspired, and excited to explore the joyous process of creating art.
