About
This workshop combines scholarly exploration with hands-on alchemical practice, offering participants an opportunity to connect with blue lotus medicine and flowers harvested from the sacred waters of Sri Lanka through. The blue water lily serves as a botanical ally especially supportive for these times on earth, restorative to our hearts, minds, and nervous systems.
A few topics that will be explored include intersections of Ancient Egyptian Lore & Mythology, Alchemical Praxis & Phytochemistry of the Lotus. Through multi-sensory meditation and sound bath healing, we will practice embodied connection as a pathway to deeply engage with plant medicine wisdom. Rooted in the understanding that we are interconnected within the web of relations, this workshop centers on remembrance and communion with the unseen realms.
You will be guided through a deeply immersive Sound Bath Meditation, woven with the ancient wisdom of Blue Lotus—awakening the senses, opening the heart, and inviting a journey into inner vision and profound stillness.
