The Art of the Striptease: Re-Wilding Your Erotic Aliveness (Women + Femmes only)

Join us for a movement masterclass that invites (but doesn't require) you to bare yourself emotionally, spiritually and physically. In this space we dissolve what blocks us from our sexual expression, embodiment and exploration. Nerves, arousal, fear, excitement, joy, silliness, risk and the unknown are all a part of the erotic rewilding journey. This is a practice in learning that "sexy" is not a performance, but a feeling.

You'll be guided through a movement meditation, a sensual dance demo that includes tips and tricks, open space to play and the chance to take the stage. 

This space is trauma-informed, inclusive and celebratory. In this space there is no requirement of nudity from any attendee, though signing up for this workshop suggests that you consent to respectfully witnessing nudity. This experience is open to all comfort levels and allows you to participate at your desired pace.

Please wear breathable, comfortable clothing that supports you in feeling free, beautiful and self-expressed. You're invited to bring layers (kimono, robe, cardigan etc) and wear fun undergarments in whatever way feels supportive and exciting to you.

No performance, dance or striptease experience needed. Seasoned vets and spring chickens all welcome.
