About
Honor Monday, the day ruled by the moon, by creating incense for personal and communal ritual.
Learn to craft medicinal blends inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the renewing energy of spring, using resins, powders, and herbs like frankincense, myrrh, and sandalwood. Learn how the spiritual science behind Scent and Sound can help you transmute emotions, cleanse space, enhance psychic & spiritual connection, dreamwork, alchemize emotions, and more. Historically, the moon is known to promote reflection, intuition, and introspection.
Smoke moves in fluid, ever-changing patterns, rising with heat and dispersing as it cools. Spiritually, it’s often seen as a bridge between the physical and unseen, symbolizing transformation. In many traditions, smoke carries prayers or intentions upward, connecting the material world to the divine. Guided by this rhythm, we will journey through:
𖦹 Incense Crafting ~ Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine energetics, create a seasonally inspired based incense to nourish your body + spirit.
𖦹 Sound Healing ~ A deeply restorative soundbath to support release, renewal, and energetic transmutation.
𖦹 Scent ~ Smell evokes vivid, emotional, and long-forgotten memories–olfactory signals bypass the brain’s main switchboard, and travels directly to the limbic system, which includes the hippocampus (memory storage), and amygdala (emotion processing).
𖦹 Meditation & Ritual ~ Ground into the wisdom of your own cycles through guided reflection and gentle embodiment.
The worlds of incense crafting, journaling, meditation, and sound converge to bring you to higher states of consciousness and creation.
