A Cosmic Soundscape

Join us for a sound meditation experience.

We'll provide a cosmic soundscape filled with alchemy crystal singing bowls, planetary gong, harp, and chimes. The sonic tonic will be grounding and provide spaciousness to set intentions, connect, and relax. 

A soothing blend of herbal tea will be served before and after the sound session to bring us back into our bodies and commune with the Earth. 

It is encouraged to bring a pillow and journal. 

Our space opens at 7pm so please arrive between 7pm-7:30pm to get comfortable & enjoy a cup tea. Doors close & the workshop begins at 7:30pm. Guided activity will run for approximately ~1.5-2 hours. Guests can relax in the space until 9:30pm.
