  • Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months aged, glazed balsamic, freeze dried berries
  • Butternut squash infused with sage and topped with pomegranate caviar
  • Green apple sorbet to cleanse the palate


Guests will take home all recipes & 1 pint of ice cream.
