Students of tea Xochi Ong, Sivan Silver-Swartz, and Trang Tran will guide you through a tasting of four very special teas that span various regions and styles. Whether you’re completely new to Japanese tea or a regular drinker, there will be things to learn about how to taste green tea, how it’s made, and its rich history in art and culture.
Homemade wagashi (sweets to accompany tea) and snacks will be provided.
