Handmade Recycled Paper Workshop: Turning Shreds into Art

Learn how to make eco-friendly textured sheets that can be used to fill pages for homemade sketchbooks, journals, or whatever your creative mind inspires.  Environment conscious artist Marzo.mia from Taiwan, will show you her techniques in utilizing spent tea leaves (provided by the teahouse) and coffee grinds to transpose colors naturally to paper fibers making truly unique paper sheets.  The workshop will provide you with a papermaking kit to learn with and to take home so you can practice and perfect your new skill.
