Golden Moon: Traditional Chinese Medicine Dinner

Join us for a Traditional Chinese Medicine dinner prepared by Zoey Gong ~ TCM food therapist, chef, and registered dietitian.

During this dinner, we will be using seasonal herbs for early autumn to moisten the lungs & large intestine to prevent dryness and harmonize our body. 

We will begin with a seasonal herbal tea benefiting the lung meridian, followed by a herbal duck bone broth. Traditional foods eaten around mid autumn festival, such as lotus root meat balls, celtuce & wood ear salad, and saffron & ginger braised pumpkin will be served. We will end the evening with a moon cake making session.
