About
Our bodies are living landscapes—fluid, responsive, and deeply intertwined with the rhythms of the earth. Just as ecosystems thrive through connection and balance, so too does our own inner ecology.
In this immersive Climate Week gathering, join Summer Dean (Climate Diva) for an evening of deep restoration and visionary creation. Through a yin yoga practice, we will soften into our bodies, attuning to the fascia—the web of connective tissue that holds our structure together, mirroring the interdependence of all life. With each breath and posture, we will explore how bodily awareness informs our relationship with the planet, dissolving separation between self and earth.
Afterward, we will engage in an open-ended creative practice—writing, drawing, and envisioning a sustainable future beyond limitations. Together, we will tap into the wisdom of our bodies and imaginations to dream a world where regeneration, connection, and possibility flourish.
This is a space for slowness, sensation, and deep listening—to ourselves, to each other, and to the future calling us forward.
