Connecting with Younger You

Join licensed therapist Vanessa Trine for a night of tea and intentional connection to your inner child or inner teen. There will be writing, painting and meditation areas with prompts and guidance to creatively explore being with younger parts of you in a safe and healing environment. Everyone is welcome; every part of you is welcome. 

All attendees will receive a Support Deck, a deck of cards created by Vanessa Trine containing coping tools and supportive ways to connect with yourself.
