Botanical Aphrodisiacs

Botanical Aphrodisiacs is an introductory herbalism workshop exploring plant ingredients that impact the endocrine system, boost libido, nourish the body, and calm the nervous system. Together with ethnobotanist Tanya Matthews, we will explore the health benefits of each herb, how it can be paired with other ingredients and the resulting impacts.

Guests will learn practical methods for crafting intentional herbal remedies, and a portion of the workshop will be dedicated to creating unique blends for each guest to enjoy at home.
