The Art of Bookbinding

In the workshop Turning Shreds to Paper, Jo from Marzomia taught you how to make paper from recycled shreds. Book Binding with Marzomia is a continuation workshop that teaches you how bind those pages into a completed book. Please note that Turning Shreds to Paper is not a pre-requisite for this workshop.  You do not need to show up with your own paper, however if you took the previous course, you could certainly bring those sheets with you to the workshop.

The workshop will provide 30 pages of handmade recycled paper from Marzomia’s art studio and a book binding kit complete with the tools and supplies you need to start binding your own books.  Learn the craft that has been around for centuries by signing up today.
